Introduce yourself!
I’m Irene, a Postdoctoral researcher in the Medical Data Science Group and a co-leader of CSNOW. Previously, I completed my PhD in Rome, Italy. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends, traveling, and doing all kinds of sports, such as mountain biking, hiking, weightlifting, and more!

How long have you been at CSNOW?
I joined CSNOW in February 2025.

What do you like about working at CSNOW?
I really enjoy working with passionate people and always coming up with creative and fun activities to involve more women in STEM and challenge the typical "nerdy" stereotypes!

What is your favourite animal?
As a vegan, I have to say that’s a really tough question, but I’ll go with bunnies! 🐇
