Introduce yourself!
Hi, I'm Nil. I'm in the last semester of my Computer Science Bachelor's. I'm from Istanbul. I moved here for my studies 3 years ago.

Besides studying, one can find you...
You can often find me TAing for A&D and A&W, playing volleyball at ASVZ or going concerts. I also love spending time with my family (both the one I was born into and the one I chose). I also love travelling and fully exploring new cities. In the picture you see me doing that in Salzburg. Besides that, I'm involved in the ETH EC and the ARIS Sage Mission.

How long have you been at CSNOW?
This is my first semester at CSNOW.

What do you like about working at CSNOW? 
I love our meetings. I really enjoy coming together to give back to the ETH community. We address shared challenges women face in CS as a team of powerful, talented women. It's a pleasure to work with this team. I'm really happy and proud to call them my friends.

What is your favourite song or movie and why?
My taste is really mixed when it comes to music. I find joy in every genre. One song I can name that always puts me in a good mood is Step by Vampire Weekend. I discovered it when I was little, and it’s about growing up and coming to terms with how people, places, and passions from your youth change as you move forward in life. I love it, because it always reminds me of my childhood and my family. Also, Layla by Eric Clapton (acoustic version)<3. I don't think this one needs an explanation.
